Who is Tevy?
Blog- A Long Introduction to Tevy Hambric
Hello my name is Tevy and I currently reside in sunny Santa Monica, California.
I grew up in a small - ish town called Okemos Michigan, and graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Fine Arts before moving out to California to pursue my dreams.
The majority of my inspiration for writing and acting comes from real life experiences and people. Even though I’m young-ish I feel like I have had multiple careers, including : Coffee Barista-ing at Riot Games (biggest gaming company in the world), Boba Baristing my favorite, working at a Theatre (saw Hamilton 4 times haha), working with Med students as a Standardized Patient aka known as SP, and much much more. ..:”) Currently I am experiencing corporate in real life and think of Severance daily.
I have one fat cat named Bella. Sometimes we call her Boobarus which we came up with while watching House of Dragons.
My hobbies include-, the AMC Stubs Pass (lots of movie watching - I love sci-fi, action, and thrillers are my jam, shopping (all kinds, currently in estate sale era), and eating out (big foodie) and again much much more.
I am lucky enough to have a great support team. My family still resides in Michigan but I have a great supportive boyfriend who is also an actor who I met in acting class, some good friends and an awesome manager named Valerie who has been with me for the last few years!

In short, the journey has been more difficult than I could ever have imagined, and obviously I am only mentioning the positives, but as one of my teachers told me you need to be a Gladiator, so that is what I am aiming to become.
I am interested in growing my career through more opportunities, and becoming a full time actress and artist THAT if given the opportunity can touch as many lives as possible.
Going forward, although I have recently graduated from Baron Brown Conservatory I want to continue my training at other institutions as well. I am currently enrolled with Sara Mornell who specializes in audition technique, but want to train even further as time goes on!!! (maybe for life)hehe.
Also wrapping up my first short that is in post-production, called Masala that I wrote, produced, acted in and even designed the art for! The story centers on South-Asian culture and identity and was made with only a 15k budget! I am also interested in developing my writing further and know that this is the first of many to come.
